THE SECRET OF PASSIONATE PEOPLE

It was a very cold Monday morning, yet I had so much enthusiasm to get off my bed early and prepare for the day. It started like every other day but for a tiny desire in my heart yearning for expression. I could hardly notice it as I was busy getting set for the office but this tiny craving on my inside had so much drive to express itself that as soon as I stepped into the office, this thought began forming expression in my mind.
Just as I sat down to get to work, the thought found expression! It dawned on me that ‘one person with a sound desire or passion is worth more than a thousand others with mere interest!’
It is not uncommon to find people, especially the young ones, without a clear-cut purpose for their lives. The inability of this set of people to desire greatness is an outright resignation to fate! They have decided to settle for the status quo when there is so much to aim for in life. Enthusiasm is the key to achieving more in life. The man who lacks passion, desire, aspiration for greatness is merely existing but not living!
A great number of people have been stymied by ‘the good’ without giving room for ‘the better’ and most importantly, ‘the best!’ It is passion that moves a man from the good to the better and makes him yearn for the best. For some people, improving upon what they do daily has been the secret to their resounding success.

Every desire comes like a seed that needs nurturing and has to be nourished with relevant details. Do not let your environment limit you to mediocrity, stay abreast with latest information and trends at all costs to maintain global relevance otherwise you can’t escape being a local champion!

When a desire springs up on your inside, what you want to do is aggressively search for information and updates germane to that aspiration and as you do this, the desire grows to a stage where you can visualize, develop and localize it.
Visualizing the Desire
A clear picture of what you desire in your heart is a huge step towards actualization. If I want to become a fashion designer for instance, I must have a picture of at heart, which will be a driving force to make me passionately look out for outstanding fashion designers in the world, check the internet for designs and read relevant instructional materials. A mere interest in fashion designing will not give me the leverage I need over my competitors in the market, I will therefore need a strong passion to be a trailblazing fashion designer.
Developing the Idea
Design concepts, templates and framework on which your ideas will be built upon. These templates make you unique and outstanding in service delivery. If Mr. A for instance, runs a petrol service station and offers additional services like wiping of customer’s windscreen while they buy fuel, filling their tyres with air when necessary and Mr. B runs another petrol station without these extra services, you will obviously want to patronize Mr. A over Mr. B because of the added services.The more concepts and innovations you develop for your ideas, the more unique they become upon implementation.
Localizing the Idea
You can start from where you are. Passion will make a man turn his living room to an office just to achieve purpose.  It will make a man  process his ideas into wealth, satisfaction and fulfillment . This can happen once he has a genuine desire and the right environment.
